Ardbrae house is a family home and was purpose built in 2007 as a bed and breakfast. It is situated 6 miles south of Inverness on the B9154 Moy road nestled in a very quite and peaceful area with quick and easy access to Inverness city centre. We guarantee a very warm Highland welcome and will do our upmost to cater for your every need and ensure that your stay is a pleasant one.
Ardbrae house has 3 large letting rooms first one is downstairs which has a double bed and a sofa which turns into a bed if required. This room is suitable for people in wheelchairs. The bathroom is a large wetroom with shower which is very spacious.
The 2 bedrooms upstairs both have a double/kingsize bed and single bed and again sofas which turn into beds if required.
One bathroom upstairs has a bath and a shower as the other has just a shower.
Tea,coffee facilites,sky tv,hairdyer.ipod docking stations radio alarms are in all rooms.Cot is available if required.
Breakfast is served in the dining room and high chair is available if required.
