Set within the colourful hillside grounds of the charming Victorian Country House, there are two cedar semi-detached lodges which are let as an annex to the Country House.

 'On the quiet, scenic side of Loch Ness, away from traffic and unspoilt by modern development, is Foyers Bay Country House.  The two semi-detached cedar chalets are situated within the grounds of Foyers Bay Country House, next to the Falls of Foyers.  Each chalet is spacious and comfortable with 3 bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin & 1 bunk), lounge with TV, well-equipped kitchen and bathroom with bath and shower. These chalets let in conjunction with our Country House provide private accomodation for a family or small group, giving a degree of privacy, whilst allowing guests to take breakfast and dinner as well as use of the facilities of the main hopuse Outside is a large balcony with garden furniture.  Attractive flower troughs around the railings add to the atmosphere.  Here many a peaceful moment can be spent amid the tranquil and natural scenery.

The surrounding countryside is steeped in local history and full of places of interest such as Urquhart Castle, the Monster Exhibition and Culloden Battlefield.  Further afield is Glencoe, Mallaig, Kyle of Lochalsh and Skye - while John 'O Groats is within a days journey.  Inverness, only 20 miles away, has a whole range of leisure facilities including Eden Court Theatre and the Castle Museum, while Fort Augustus, a dreamy little town with shops, bank and cafes, is 13 miles away.  Foyers is also within an hours drive of the ski centres of Aviemore and Aonach Mor, near Fort William.'

Amongst mature woodlands of pine and broadleaf, various forest walks and nature trails delight all. If you are feeling less than energetic, stroll a few yards to our charming  Conservatory Restaurant, and cosy Residents Bar where you can enjoy tasty meal or drink while pondering the age old question of "Nessie" and studying the loch at your leisure.

Perhaps you would rather relax on your own verandah; savouring theabundant  rhododendrons and azaleas, the fragrance of the apple orchard or the riot of colour provided by the many floral baskets and troughs, thoughtfully placed to enhance the tranquility of this timeless setting.
