Superb log chalets set in 14-acres of woodland overlooking scenic Loch Insh in the Cairngorm National Park, bordering the RSPB Bird Reserve of Insh Marshes, just seven miles south of Aviemore.  4-8 berths built of Douglas Fir with great views and open veranda.  Also two apartments with log burning stoves.

Ensuite and non ensuite accommodation is provided at Insh Hall Lodge, also on site, for individuals, families and groups.

Free watersports hire 8.30-10am and 4-5.30pm is offered for guests staying two or more nights and free use of the play parks for children all day.

4-Star Lochside Boathouse Restaurant with open balcony, bar and Bosun's Locker gift shop.

With 14-acres of woodland, half a mile of beach frontage and 700 acres of beautiful Highland Loch to enjoy there are plenty of activities for everyone.  Choose from Sailing, Windsurfing, Canoeing, Kayaking, Rowing, Raft Building & Racing, Dry Slope Skiing, Archery and Mountain Biking.  Instruction is available by the hour, day or week.  Special rates for groups of 10 or more.  There is Salmon and Trout Fishing plus a Stocked Lochan for beginners.  We can arrange for an experienced Ghillie to accompany you for fishing instruction.

Our passenger boat offering 1 hour guided wildlife tours of the loch is very popular with visitors - look for the Osprey!  Binoculars are provided.

In winter we offer downhill skiing and snowboarding packages with instruction at Cairngorm Mountain (just 16 miles away) and The Lecht.  There is a 60m dry ski slope on site for those who wish to perfect their skills before venturing onto the slopes.

Facilities also inlcude three children's adventure play areas with zip wires, assault nets, climbing wall and play equipment plus a 3km lochside/forest interpretation fun trail.A good central location for golf courses, distilleries and visitor attractions.
